- You must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance.
- Pregnancy-related: we do not recommend taking this tour if you are more than 3 months pregnant
- Our team reserves the right to assess clients' readiness to ride an e-bike, which means physical limitations (such as recovery from injuries or more obvious impairment issues) and/or lack of a skill of acceptable conduct may be valid grounds for revoking the client's participation in the tour.

- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
