• This tour transits between the United States and Canada. All customers must have appropriate border crossing documentation and meet mandatory requirements to enter the United States and Canada
• A valid PASSPORT or other accepted border crossing documentation is required on the date of travel.

• Non US Citizens require proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the US via land border crossing
• IMPORTANT NOTICE: Reconfirmation of border crossing requirements (PASSPORT, ESTA and I-94 may be required for non-US citizens entering the United States) with Over the Falls Tours is REQUIRED. Your booking may be canceled without refund if you don’t contact Over the Falls Tours directly a minimum of 24-hours prior to your tour date to confirm border crossing requirements.

Over the Falls Tours, Inc. assumes no responsibility when delays in the park systems, traffic delays, delays at international borders, inclement weather, vehicle malfunction or any other delays beyond our control cause late pick-ups, late drop-offs, service delays, or changes of the tour itinerary.
• Over the Falls Tours, Inc. vehicles are not handicap accessible. Passengers must be able to enter and exit the vehicle on their own or with the help from a member of their group. If customer’s have their own wheelchair, it must be a collapsible wheelchair only. If client does not have a collapsible wheelchair, then Over the Falls Tours., Inc. will provide one at no additional cost subject to availability. **If you require a collapsible wheelchair or stroller, please contact Over the Falls Tours in advance of your tour date to confirm availability.
• Service Animals are permitted provided they meet the following requirements: The Service Animal MUST be traveling with the person it is assigned to. The Service Animal should be wearing their service vest. This will help the other passengers understand the importance of the animal on the tour. Documentation is required to support the Service Animal is certified as a service/therapy animal by a recognized organization. This must be available to present to the Customs Agent when entering Canada. If your tour includes a border crossing, the animal’s vaccine record must also be available to present to the border agent if requested.

• Over the Falls Tours is committed to working closely with local venues and will make sure current mandated health and safety requirements are met in both Niagara Falls, USA and Niagara Falls, Canada.
• A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 32 travelers
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
