Specifically thanks to our territory, that is not just a series of stunning views, rolling hills blending with tall woods, but also has characteristics in the soil that makes it so rich, in minerals and nutrients, and allows us to live in a perfect ecosystem for the vines to grow.We will talk about the characteristics and the rules that make Chianti Classico and all its appellation so special for us and all around the world.Most importantly we will be able to visit three different wineries and taste all their wines.

In this authentic family farm, Silvia (the owner) will prepare for you an exquisite lunch while your guide will show you the farm. You will learn the history of the cellar that date back to the 1825 and how they make wine, extra virgin olive oil and honey. During lunch you will taste 4 wines, grappa and their amazing production of extra virgin olive oil all pared with home made pasta, bruschettas, cold cuts and last but not least home made biscotti.
