The Mountain of 7 Colors or Rainbow Mountain (Rainbow Mountain) or better known by locals as Cerro Colorado, is located in Vinicunca, province of Quipicanchis, department of Cusco. Its geological formations reveal all their splendor, in contrast to the blue sky, forming a formidable barrier between the coastal desert and the Amazon jungle.The Vinicunca mountains are one of the spectacular places in the Vilcanota mountain range, awaiting a natural coloration, this coloration is due to the presence of sedimentary stones in erosion. What is impressive is how the stones have been formed to form a set of seven colors.

After leaving Cusco we will pass through Urcos which is the capital of the Quispicanchis province.
Cusipata
The town of Cusipata will be our obligatory stop to enjoy our buffet breakfast and also in the afternoon it will be the place for lunch.
