Plan Harmony 2.0 is live. We rebuilt the app from scratch with three goals: make group trip planning faster, keep budgets visible, and let AI handle the research you don't have time for.
If you used the previous version, everything you liked is still here — but better. If you're new, here's what you're getting.
A Calendar Built for Trip Planning
The new calendar interface is designed around how trips actually work. Add flights, hotels, activities, and reservations by day. Each item holds the details you need — addresses, confirmation numbers, notes — so you're not digging through email mid-trip.
The calendar gives you a visual overview of your entire trip at a glance. Spot gaps in the schedule, identify over-packed days, and drag items around until the flow feels right. When the itinerary is set, sync it to Google Calendar so everything shows up on your phone.
For weekend getaways or multi-country adventures, the same interface scales. Every detail, one place.
Budget Tracking That Keeps Everyone Honest
The trip budget tracker solves the most awkward part of group travel: money. Log expenses by category, tag who paid, and the whole group sees the running total in real time.
No more end-of-trip spreadsheet audits. No more Venmo requests three weeks after you get home. Everyone knows where the money went, who paid for what, and what's left in the budget. It's financial transparency without the uncomfortable conversations.
AI Travel Planner: Research in Seconds, Not Hours
The AI travel planner generates activity suggestions based on your destination, dates, and group preferences. Instead of spending three hours researching "things to do in Barcelona," tell the AI where you're going and get a curated starting point your group can edit together.
Suggestions land directly in your shared trip plan — not a separate doc you have to copy-paste from. The group votes on what to keep, rejects what doesn't fit, and adds their own ideas alongside the AI picks. It's collaborative planning with an AI head start.
Group Voting: Everyone Has a Voice
Can't agree on the restaurant? Put it to a vote. Plan Harmony's voting feature lets the group weigh in on activities, restaurants, accommodations, and day plans. Present 2-3 options, let everyone vote, and go with the winner.
This changes the planning dynamic from "one person decides and everyone reacts" to "the group decides together." It's faster, fairer, and prevents the planner from carrying the full burden of every decision.
What's Next
We're actively building enhanced group planning tools, deeper integrations, and more customization options. Updates ship regularly, and your feedback directly shapes what we build next.
Have a feature request or found something we can improve? We want to hear it.
