Enjoy the most amazing underwater experience with our Discover Scuba Diving session (for adults and children aged 10+). You will receive a first class service from our professional staff, who will provide a detailed explanation of the dive equipment and safety procedures, before practicing some basic skills with you in shallow water. You will then set out with your instructor for your scuba dive!

- Flying within 12 hours of diving is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. active asthma, heart or lung conditions, etc.) may prevent you from diving. If in doubt, please consult your doctor. Scuba diving is not recommended when pregnant.

- Not suitable for those suffering with heart or lung problems, or with active asthma
- Not recommended for those with health conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure - a note from your doctor is required
- If you have a health condition you must obtain a note from your doctor to confirm that scuba diving is suitable for you - you may not be able to dive without this.
- If you arrive for your dive and have a health condition without doctor's note we regret you will not be eligible for a refund.
