The sport of stand up paddle boarding is growing more and more popular these days. It is becoming the easy, and fun way to go and play while on the water.If you’re new to stand up paddle boarding, launching your board and standing up on it may seem intimidating. But, with some tips and a little practice, you’ll be paddling away like it’s no big deal.During this tour, we will explore Thetis Lake, Another of the many Capital Region Lake Parks, this is a very popular spot for families as it features a beautiful sandy beach.
The park is actually comprised of two lakes-Upper and Lower Thetis. We will paddle from the main beach to the upper lake, we will stop for lunch on the water sitting on our boards and/or on the rocks when we will reach the upper side of the Lake. Bring your sandwichs and some water / drink and we will provide you with dry bags.
