Swayambhunath Temple
Visitors can climb a long flight of stairs to reach the top of the hill and explore the various structures in the temple complex. The view from the top is spectacular, with panoramic views of Kathmandu Valley. The temple is also a popular spot for locals and visitors to practice meditation and to watch the sunrise or sunset.

The temple is known for its elaborate architecture and intricate carvings, which depict various Hindu gods and goddesses. Visitors can observe the daily rituals and ceremonies that take place at the temple, including the aarti ceremony, which involves the offering of lamps to the deity. The temple is also home to many sadhus, or holy men, who live in the surrounding ashrams and practice meditation and yoga.

The stupa is surrounded by several monasteries and shops selling traditional Buddhist handicrafts and souvenirs.
