Montenejos is an alpine style village about an hour from Valencia famous for its thermal springs and beautiful hiking routes. This is where we will enjoy the dayWe will leave from close to the centre of Valencia. Transport is in a 9 seat air-conditioned minibus.
We will drive to Montenejos and have a cofee before we begin our walk. we will do a walk which takes about 3 hours length. Depending on weather we can do either Barranco de la Maimona which is is a spectacular 11km walk through a canyon and crossing a river with aproximately a 300 meter ascent alternatively Morron de Campos which is the highest peak in the area with Beautifull views Afterwords we can go for a swim in the thermal pools of la Fuente de Los BañosNote the tour can be run on days other than those advertised by prior arangement.Bring your own lunch, sensible walking shoes, sunscreen hat, around 1 litre of water depending on time of year and bathing costume if you plan to swim
