Cultural Cycling Tour - half day (8:00-11:30)
Guided by a genuine Khmer guide to witness the making of traditional local food products and interact with the artisans through the guide as an interpreter. Riding our bikes will bring us to see local ladies or" Ming" (aunts) making rice paper discs used to wrap spring rolls and to Samrong Knong where we will sample authentic Kralan (sticky rice, black bean, coconut milk, and a little salt in the bamboo tube over charcoal). Also from the roadside vendors: rice wine, and banana chips.
