The Indian River lagoon is one of a few select places in the world where we are able to see this natural occurrence. A few steps from Orlando, in the heart of the Indian River you will experience first hand one of nature’s most dazzling displays. Come along with us as we paddle under the stars surrounded by billions of glowing and glittering dinoflagellates.
With every stroke of your paddle, you will be amazed at the natural light show around you.As we paddle along, we will be on the lookout for Comb Jellies! These gentle creatures are native to the lagoon and ignite when something bumps into them. Equipped with nets we are able to gently scoop up these gentle jellies and get a close up view of them as they light up the night.
