This day out is for your group only (private tour) and starts with Sydney's breathtaking harbour, followed by the northern beaches and the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park. We start the day on the north side of Sydney Harbour, where we visit Balmoral Beach, George's Heights and North Head lookout. We will do a short walk at Manly Beach and visit Freshwater Beach.
Next stop is lunch at Palm Beach.Recharged from the refreshments we walk to Barrenjoey Lighthouse followed by a spectacular coastal drive from Palm Beach to Whale Beach. It is now time to see the orange sands of beautiful Avalon Beach.We then make our way to West Head in the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park to see the Australian bush and one of the best views in Sydney. The panorama includes Lion Island and the Palm Beach isthmus.

On the way to Balmoral Beach we will visit Georges Heights and see how the military (back in the day) planned to protect Sydney Harbour.

At Manly Beach we will walk past the Cabbage Bay Aquatic Reserve to the picturesque Shelley Beach.
1 hourWest Head Lookout
Visit Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and see the flora and fauna of the Australian bush, aboriginal rock art and stunning views from West Head.
2 hoursOcean Rd
At Palm Beach we will see the Barrenjoey Lighthouse, some up market holiday homes and have lunch at a local restaurant.

A relaxed beach with a distinctive headland.
15 minutesManly Beach
At Manly wharf we catch a ferry to return to the city, picking up spectacular views of the Sydney Harbour bridge and Opera House.
