With our gastronomic tour in Modena you can immerse yourself in the local gastronomic tradition accompanied by a local expert, a person who lives in the place and who knows all the secrets and curiosities about it, with whom you can discover the restaurants/eateries and the most hidden places, frequented only by locals. Here is a list of your possible tastings!- Platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by an excellent glass of Lambrusco.- Tortellini: in broth or filled with pumpkin, with balsamic vinegar and a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano, they are the first-course par excellence in Modena.- Crescentine modenesi: also known as tigelle, are typical Modenese focaccias, made with a mixture of flour, lard, yeast and water. They are typically filled with cold cuts.- Tasting of balsamic vinegar.- Ice cream or Torta Barozzi.

We start our tour from the city's most important square.
Mercato Albinelli
Albinelli Market is a covered market located in the historical centre of Modena. It is one of the monuments of national historical interest.
Duomo di Modena
After the platter of typical cold cuts, we head to the first stop, where we will taste the famous tortellini.
Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini
As a third stop, we will eat the famous crescentine modenesi, which are excellent with typical local cold cuts.
Palazzo Comunale di Modena
It is impossible to visit Modena without tasting balsamic vinegar, we will do a tasting to get the best taste of vinegar.
