Wadi Belli
Wadi Belli is an ancient dry river bed located in the Hurghada Desert of Egypt. It is known for its spectacularly preserved fossils of corals and shells, which were created by the changing sea levels in the area during the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. Many of these fossils have been found intact and in remarkable condition, providing a fascinating look at the ocean life of the time. Wadi Belli also contains numerous other interesting geological features, such as rock formations that have been carved by the wind and rain over centuries. Visitors to the area can explore the many wonders of this unique environment, taking in the beauty of the desert and its ancient history.
