Our chefs have worked in professional kitchens and have learned Puglian traditional recipes handed down through generations. They will give you a fun, hands on experience where you will learn techniques of Italian cooking that you can easily repeat at home. You will learn how to make the authentic pasta from our region, orecchiette 'little ears', using a special technique still practised by cooks daily when making the family lunch.
Our guests always enjoy the Italian family style environment that we create. Vegetarians and vegans welcome, Puglian cooking traditionally features wonderful local vegetables.
