Christmas cellar visit and Alsace wine tasting
Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few cellars in Alsace with around twenty hundred-year-old oak casks, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still used for the vinification of its wines. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience with projections on thunderbolts and sound work is unique in France.Children are welcome during the visit, it is suitable for everyone.Admission to the gingerbread palace is offered to you and you will leave with a small bottle of mulled wine made by the House! The majority of our wines are labeled organic.
