The menu will be changing daily but most probably you will start with some mouth watering pastrami, Kaymak ( dairy cream) with organic honey, cheese varieties, sesame bread bread ( simit ) and Menemen which is made of tomatoes, onion, green peppers, eggs with accompany of the Turkish tea in a tulip shape glass.

After the breakfast, we will take a short ferry ride from The European side of Istanbul to Uskudar neighborhood in Asian side. Enjoy the ferry ride with a magnificent view of Istanbul. See the Palaces, mansions and bridges from the ferry.

We will walk into the market where the locals shop for the daily cooking. We will start with a fish sandwich or fresh fried anchovies ( depend on season ), follow

This the modern part of Istanbul where we get off from the ferry and sample some delicious mussels stuffed with rice and spices and have a coffee break to end the tour at a nice panoramic cafe.
