Step into the tasting room and sample some charcuterie paired with perfectly paired alongside sparkling wine. Opened eight years ago, this spot works with independent sellers and producers to maintain quality and authenticity. Hear more about the winemaking process in the region as you sip a glass of one of their elegant whites.
30 minutesLes Pipos
This old school bistro is the perfect spot to journey back in time to the French Revolution. Learn more about the way this era of political and social change had a monumental impact on the way Parisians eat and drink today. You’ll taste some delicious seafood as well as iconic French dishes.

It would be a shame to pass by such a historically significant area without taking a look around! Your guide will direct your attention to some of the most storied areas of this historical treasure trove, point out important monuments and give you a flavor of how the past has shaped the Paris you see before you today. One of the highlights includes the Pantheon, where numerous French figures have been laid to rest, including Voltaire, Victor Hugo and Marie Curie.

You’ll end your evening at one of the hottest spots in town with a tantalizing historical drinks menu. The owner, an expert on the subject, has published a book on drinks of the past and you’ll have the chance to sample a traditional recipe of one of France’s most controversial historical spirits: absinthe.
