The road is most of the journey! Drive through a windy coastal road that goes through a tropical rain forest, crossing one-way bridges that go over streams and next to waterfalls.

All stops below are lists of possible stops. Please plan with your guide which one's you would like to see.

Stop At: Ho'okipa Beach Park, Hana Highway, Paia, Maui, HI 96779

See up to 40 resting sea turtles (not guaranteed), surfers, windsurfers, and kite-surfers from a distance.

Duration: 15 minutes

Pass By: Bamboo Forest, Maui, HI

Pass by a bamboo forest!

Stop At: Kona Cloud Forest Sanctuary, 73-1865 Hao St, Kailua-Kona, Island of Hawaii, HI 96740-9139

See rainbow eucalyptus trees! (In Maui, not Kailua-Kona)

Duration: 10 minutes

Stop At: Waikamoi Ridge Trail, Hana Hwy. Between Mile Markers 9 And 10, Maui, HI

Stop and do the ridge trail to a waterfall look out, or see it from the road!

Duration: 25 minutes

Stop At: Ke‘anae Point, Maui, HI

Stop at Ke'anae point to explore old Hawai'i, taro fields, scenic points including a view of a rock filmed in Jurassic Park, and famous banana bread that was Gordon Ramsey approved!

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Honomanu, Hana Highway, Hana, Maui, HI 96713

Explore one of Maui's blacksand beaches!

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Pua'a Ka'a State Park, Hana Highway, Maui, HI

Swim at some easily accessible waterfalls!

Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Hana, Hana, Maui, Hawaii

Drive-by and eat lunch in Hana town to see more of old Hawaii!
