Our guided tour will start here, where you will discover about its history and curious facts like its recurring floods.
Doge's Palace
Next to the Piazza San Marco, you will find this building which is a symbol of power and the principal Venetian Gothic work. It was the residence of the Dux (supreme magistrates and top leaders of Venice), the seat of government and of the court of justice, and the prison of the Venetian Republic. Get to know the history of this huge building and let yourself admire by the many artworks it embraces!
Casa di Marco Polo
