I'm a professional truffle hunter from 3 generations in Alba. My grandfather after the 2nd world war was one of the first truffle hunters, he taught my father all the secrets about the precious "ipogean fungus" then my father taught it to me. I'm a dog trainer and actually I've got 3 great dogs: Lisa, Palli & Isi.
I would like to teach "some'' of my truffle hunting secrets to travelers. During the tour you will be helped by my friend Margherita. She's an official tourist guide with great passion for truffles and local culture, translating every part of the hunting.
