Learn to cook local food! The chef comes travels to your condo or rented house and teaches you to cook various meals, she has a list and you can choose from the list what you would like to learn to cook, and the best part is when you are finished you can eat the food. You get hands on experience directly from the chef about the different types of foods available in Roatan.Some of the local food includes: baleadas, catrachas, Honduran tacos, pastelitos, machuca, and many seafood dishes.
If you are allergic to anything please feel free to tell the chef.Food isnotincluded in the price. The chef can go shopping with you or she can do the shopping herself and you reimburse her for the items, which is a great way to see the way the locals shop.
