Expert cheese ripeners, in a relaxed talk, talking about the properties and flavor of Canarian cheese.Customers also have half a bottle of wine per person.It is an interactive tasting in which customers ask questions and talk about the cheese tasted.They will learn about types of milk, rennet, maturation and flavors.The culture of cheese in the Canary Islands is very strong and deep-rooted.
