Our mission: to provide consumers with a superior gastronomic experience & meet the producers in person, with their individual stories.Through a scenic route, in about 20 minutes we will arrive at the top hilly area of the Valpolicella, just on the feet of the Lessinia mountains, our pre- Dolomites.Admire the view while our expert will welcome you to his unique cheese and salami factory. You will have the opportunity to visit, smell and taste the best of his products.After the visit and a delicious food tasting based on a selection of his best products, we will continue the afternoon driving up & down the hills in order to reach the second venue: the winery.We learn about the production techniques of Valpolicella wines, through a guided wine tasting.THIS TOUR IS DELIVERED BY ROMEO AND JULIET GUIDE TRAVEL AGENCY.
