Hoi An
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel and then start the ride on the quiet paths to a local family, you will learn how to make healthy bean sprouts. In Vietnam, bean sprouts are used as popular additive food in meals and can be found in all markets and supermarkets. They can be eaten fresh like other vegetables or used as an ingredient in dishes like cha gio (Vietnamese spring rolls), Banh xeo (Vietnamese crepes), or Canh Chua (sour soup). Bean sprouts dipped in hot water are an essential addition to a bowl of pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) or mi Quang (Central mixed fried noodles). Then riding a bike past cattle herds, we go further into the countryside area.

Having a fun time working with a farmer on his instructions step by step: preparing the soil for seedlings, making the organic fertilizer, planting the baby plants, and watering. After that, you will meet a friendly giant friend - a water buffalo and enjoy a ride on his back.

After riding a bike through beautiful rural villages and endless rice paddies, you will reach a fishing village. The local people here have been using the round-basket boat to catch fish for years. But as a tourist, you can join to take a fun ride on the round basket boat to catch some small crabs in the green water coconut forest.

From the fishing village, it will take you about 20 minutes to cycle through the villages to a nice setting restaurant. It's time to enjoy some delicious Vietnamese dishes.
