- Vatican Museums opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:00 to 6:00pm. Last entrance time, 4:00pm. Last Entrance into the Sistine Chapel 5:30pm. From April to October, the it is also open in the evenings from 7-11pm. Some sections, however, such as the Pinacoteca, are closed. Vatican is closed on Sundays and religious holidays
