late afternoon, visit Harbin Ice and Snow World at night time and you will be able to enjoy night time Ice Festival there. When your entire tour is finished, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

In the afternoon, go to dragon tower (LongTa tower) the top 289 meters to watch the whole Harbin and some other activities in Tongta tower.
