As you eat and drink your way down Whiskey Row, you’ll meet the resident ghosts of Louisville’s historic downtown, trace the footsteps of bourbon magnates and mobsters, discover hidden speakeasies in the belly of Whiskey Row, and learn the shocking truth about Prohibition.In the mid-1800’s, the stretch of Main Street now known as Whiskey Row was filled to the brim with bourbon barrels – which would soon be considered contraband. While this area nearly crumbled to disrepair, today the historic facades house bourbon distilleries, bars, restaurants and hotels.This tour includes 5 tastings of libations, as well as an assortment of small bites.

We will pass by Old Forester Distillery on Whiskey Row and learn about the ghosts that haunt this historic block. We will also have a chance to taste Old Forester's original Prohibition-era bourbon recipe.

We will pass popular 4th Street Live as we venture into a part of town that is even older and more haunted...
