1. Food stop 1- Handmade noodles decorated with edible flowers. , Served with lotus root, banana flower, long bean, Cambodian style fermented and lightly spiced pickles and fresh local herbs and optional chili.

- Rice pancake stuffed with minced pork, shrimps and beansprouts. Served with delicious peanut sauce and a variety of local fresh herbs and vegetables.

3. Food stop 3- Savory fried cake, Chinese influenced but typically Cambodian. Rice based cake stuffed with spring onions, served with sweet peanut dipping sauce.
30 minutesPsar Chaa - Old Market
Food stop 4- Cambodian Fermented Fish cooked on cutting board ( Pro Hook Dot) small eight-millimeter-long fish caught in Tonle Sap and the Mekong River—that have been chopped and mashed to cooked together with lemongrass, garlic and galangal. Served with vegetable and Rice.
