Upon your arrival today, your local guide and driver will welcome you at the airport or the train station, and then escort you to check into the hotel in the downtown area.

After that, you will be transferred to visit the Jinsha Site Museum, a huge site museum combining history and archaeology.

Day 2: Panda Tour, Depart from Chengdu
1 hourGiant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi)
This morning, your guide will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel and take you to visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. You will have many opportunities for fantastic photos when the pandas are munching on bamboo, playing with each other or some even climbing up trees. They are more active in the morning until about 10am, and after that some of them will go to sleep.
2 hours 30 minutesKuanzhai Alley
Then you will turn to the Broad and Narrow Alleys. It is really fun to stroll along this ancient street lined with many old houses and some newly-built ones with a traditional style. You will have your lunch here (own expense), and you can ask for your guide's advice on where to eat.
1 hour 30 minutesWenshu Yuan Monastery
Afterwards, we will head to the Wenshu Monastery, which is a Buddhist holy land integrating Buddhist temple relics, ancient garden construction, worship and sightseeing, and religious study.
