Take a stroll through this hamlet before reaching the lake and stopping for an Italian lunch with a lakeside view.
Then take a leisurely downhill descent along the Ancient Appian Way to Rome. The route is mostly off-road and is aimed at intermediate-level cyclists and covers a distance of roughly 32 miles (50km).
