A via ferrata (iron way) route is an exposed alpine mountain trek which has been prepared with safety steel wire rope, eyebolts and iron steps. It makes difficult rock faces safely scalable by those without climbing experience.
If you are in relatively good physical shape, with fine motor skills and a head for heights, you are all set to conquer a via ferrata trail.

Perun
A Via Ferrata is a protected climbing route that allows people of all skill levels to safely explore the mountains and enjoy breathtaking views. The Perun hill route is one of the most scenic in Croatia, offering stunning vistas of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding landscape. The route is approximately 1.5 kilometers long and has a moderate level of difficulty, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced climbers.
