Chorrillos
First, we will visit the Chorrillos Artisanal Fishing Dock. It is one of the points of great trade in marine products in the capital and mainly in the area. If we go back in history, they revolve around the sea and the fact that it was the first spa in Peru in Castile times. The Lima of the wall received daily mullets and croakers brought in old baskets by the fishermen's wives, whose donkeys walked the cobbled streets of the city to dispatch their merchandise from door to door.

Secondly, we will visit the Surquillo Market. This market has become a kind of mecca for international foodies after the praise of the famous Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio. The market is open daily and the myriad of foods and spices sold here include exotic fruits from the Amazon rainforest, potatoes and chili peppers from the faraway mountain tops of the Andes, fresh seafood from the coast and different types of meat, including alpaca and the famous guinea pig.
