It is popular because one can still have a similar experience and see wildlife such as lions, zebras, antelopes and hippos without travelling to northern Tanzania parks.Mikumi is considered Tanzania's 4th largest national park. Your safari experience begins with a drive from Dar es Salaam towards Mikumi National Park for about 4-5 hours.
Those already in Zanzibar can also come for this tour. You will need to cross the ocean channel with an Azam ferry boat early in the morning. We will pick you up from the ferry station in Dar es Salaam and start your trip to Mikumi.
