- St. Peter's Basilica may not be open on Wednesday mornings due to the weekly Papal audience, or in rare occasions, it could be closed or not accessible without prior notice. In these cases, your tour guide will take you to another section of the Vatican Museums. This does not affect the duration of the tour which is always guaranteed for 3 hours. Not depending on us, no refunds or discounts will be issued.
- Being the Sistine Chapel still in use as a place or worship, in very rare occasions with no prior notice, especially near important religious celebrations, it may be closed for particular functions or for prayer needs. In these cases another section of the museum will be visited. This does not affect the duration of the tour which is always guaranteed for 3 hours. Not depending on us, no refunds or discounts will be issued.
- Sometimes, for internal reasons or for the management of the significant flows of access, disruptions are possible. It means, sometimes galleries may be closed or partially closed without no prior notice. In this case your guide will lead you to another section of the museum. This does not affect the duration of the tour which is always guaranteed for 3 hours.
- Small lags sometimes are possible in getting through mandatory security checks in particular days (ex. near major holidays like Christmas or Easter).
