Our accredited olive oil expert will meet you at your hotel/villa or meeting point.
You will be taken to a small traditional village where you will begin your tour of the ecosystem of the Corfiot olive grove.

Walk through our unique green environment and acquaint yourself with the perennial green, Corfiot olives. See an olive tree whose life has spanned more than a millennium, and observe the many varieties of flora and fauna in the area.

A short walk from there you will enjoy exclusive access to our very own olive mill & press, which dates to the early 19th century. There you will learn all about the olive oil making process and its secrets.
Moving on we will learn about the stages of making traditional olive oil soap following the recipe our family has used for years.

Afterward, sample our organic olive oil in our one of a kind olive oil tasting in a unique private setting before ending the tour with a food pairing(meze) of quality Corfiot products, including Corfiot meat cuts,local cheeses,fresh bread,olives and olive oil.Combine with a glass of homemade wine or soft drink.
As the tour comes to an end every guest will receive a gift bag from us and you will get the chance to purchase our products from our store.
