We begin our tour by visiting Oia northwest of Santorini – a true jewel of the island. This village of the famous Caldera unravels all the majestic scenery of the island with its charming atmosphere, traditional local architecture and outstanding views.

Returning from Oia we will make a "photostop" at Firostefani, where the famous Blue Domed Church is located - the iconic church that has adorned the cover of so many guidebooks of the island, is there for us to admire.

Then, the Monastery of Prophet Ilias is a must-see for any visitor of Santorini. At the highest point of the island, 2.000 feet (600 meters) above sea level, this Monastery has been characterized as a place of great historical significance, comprising churches, chapels, a bell tower and a wealth of numerous religious goods from the 18th century.

At the foot of the mountain of Prophet Ilias we meet the village of Pyrgos. This picturesque village will offer you panoramic views of both sides of Santorini and the chance to get impressed by the retained features of the Venetian rule with traditional Cycladic houses and pathways placed around it.

Then, our driver-guide will take you to the unique Red Beach to get a glimpse of the magnificent red volcanic rock formations.

At this point of our tour we will spend a few minutes at the famous Black Beach of Perivolos, which is the largest beach of Santorini and is covered with black volcanic pebbles, and enjoy the spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands.
