Start your day tour in Aswan by getting picked up from Aswan Hotel or train station or airport and drive to the High Dam of Aswan, an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s.

Day 2: Aswan to Kom Ombo temple and Overnight in the Nile Cruise
2 hoursAbu Simbel
Your guide will pick you up for the drive to Abu Simbel at 4:30. ( sharing a small group). Arrive at Abu Simbel at 8 am to explore one of Egypt's most magnificent sites, the rock-cut temples that King Ramesses II and his beloved Queen Nefertari had constructed. By midday, return to the cruise, eat lunch, and then set sail for Kom Ombo city.

Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and learn about the only female ruler of Ancient Egypt.
