Day 4: Syabru Bensi to Lama Hotel (2480m).

Day 5: Lama Hotel to Langtang (3540m).

Day 6: Langtang to Kyanjin Gompa (3900m).

Day 7: Day hike up to Tsergo ri(4985m) and back to Kyanjin Gompa

Day 8: Trek back to Rimche.

Day 9: Trek to Syabrubensi.
