Oleotourism and olive oil tastings in Seville
With this half-day excursion we will go to the region of Los Alcores, 30 minutes from Seville, to get into an authentic olive mill, the mill where olive oil is produced, "the liquid gold of Andalusia". Andalusia has thousands of them and they are very important in the local economy. In the Alcores, we will visit a family mill, of the many that exist in this region rich in olive groves.Accompanied by a family member, we will learn all the details of the process of production of extra virgin olive oil, from olive groves to the elaboration of the final product.
At the end of the visit we will have an educational and comparative tasting of different extra virgin olive oils. The tasting will end with a creative dish in one of the private rooms of the mill. This experience has a total duration of around 90 minutes.
