As the first cooking school in Siem Reap catering to international travelers since 1999, Paper Tiger offers a unique culinary adventure. You'll begin with a visit to a historic market where you'll learn about the fresh produce and meats used in the class.
Upon returning to the eatery, a friendly and skilled chef will guide you through the preparation and cooking process of your chosen Khmer dish. Share the delicious meal you've created with fellow students, discussing which recipes to try at home next.
