This seven day hike, is tailored towards serious hikers, and will take you across a large part of the Simien Mountains National Park.The starting and finishing point for the tour will be Gondar. The trek includes two half days of trekking and five full days. The elevation of the trek will rise and fall between 2000 – 4000 meters above sea level.Expect to see a variety of wildlife including Gelada monkey, Walia Ibex and a variety of bird life.
If you’re lucky you may also see the simien fox as well as leopards.
