Cette fortification fut prise d'assaut par le redoutable 2ème Bataillon de Rangers US quelques minutes avant les grandes vagues sur les plages. Ce site est resté comme au départ des troupes, c'est donc abasourdi que vous écouterez votre guide vous décrire par exemple ce qu'était un bombardement lors du DDAY.
