We have always wanted to be able to be at sea feeling like "a fish in water".With our first level Apnea course from the prestigious "Apnea Academy West Europe" of the mythical Umberto Pelizzari, you will be able to control your breathing, relaxation, compensation and elegance in the aquatic environment to be able to move in it in a natural spontaneous way and develop all your abilities.A six-day course in which you will be given all the necessary theoretical and practical techniques in mary in the pool so that you can develop your abilities both in time and in depth.We are in La Caleta de Adeje, Costa Adeje, Tenerife, the best school in Europe for teaching free diving activities, especially free diving.We are waiting for you to make your dreams come true
