Poon Hill trekking is a fairly easy trek and a very famous trek in the Annapurna region. This trek is considered as easy and recommended for first timers trekkers. It is sometimes referred to as the short mini Annapurna circuit trek.

This trek lays in the Annapurna foothills to the viewpoint in the Ghorepani. The route has the best lodging compared to any other trekking routes in Nepal. It provides you the most eye-catching Mountain View.

Trekking to Poon Hill from Pokhara can be performed throughout the year. We do not suggest to trek in monsoon season. Mountain are not clearly visible on this season. Walking on the trials is also very difficult at this time. But if you are experienced enough to walk at hilly regions during rain you can choose this trek on monsoon also.
