I am originally from the Zoque ethnic group of the Chimalapa community, Isthmus Region, in the state of Oaxaca, I come from a traditional chocolate-making family, here I will be able to share my experience and knowledge that I have acquired over the years.Come and learn about our culture and prepare your own chocolate in a traditional way, with basic equipment that you can replicate at home!Suitable for Children, adults and anyone who wants to make their own Oaxacan chocolate.Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
