Our guides are authentically dressed for the period as a Cheshire archer and Hotspur militia and will use character role-play to give people an exciting insight into the events of Hotspur’s rebellion and the effects it has on life in medieval Chester. You will also visit some of Chesters medieval sites, such as the Chester city walls, medieval rows, and the ruins of Chesters original cathedral, St John’s.

We will walk Chester unique rows and explain why and how they were used in medieval Chester.
