Come spend the day with (famed) chef Lat where she will lead you through the vast organic gardens then cook up a feast in the purpose built Thai cookery kitchen. * You'll learn 4 Thai recipes as well as make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour the micro-farm prior to cooking and harvest fresh organic herbs and vegetable prior to your cookery experience.* Children under 8 years of age are not permitted to attend this class.
