This biking tour begins at the top of Vidova Gora, the highest peak of the island Brač, and ends at the seaside.The path is 22 kilometres long, and it takes about 2:30 hours to cross it. The interesting part of this tour is the completely different vegetation and climate you will experience on the mountain top and at the seaside.Vidova Gora mountain offers not only the best view on the island, but also pristine nature and a great biking trail. Descending from the mountain, sheltered by the black pines we will go towards the villages.We will pass through Nerežišća - located on the crossroads of the island's main roads and Škrip – the oldest settlement in Brač, where we will visit the Museum of Oil.
The museum presents the traditional process of olive oil making on the island of Brač. The Museum of Oil exhibits olive mill, olive press, spindle for tightening press screw, bags, fireplace for heating water and all traditional tools for transport, production and storage of olive oil.

Vidova Gora
Vidova Gora mountain offers not only the best view on the island, but also pristine nature and a great biking trail. Descending from the mountain, sheltered by the black pines we will go towards the villages.
30 minutesMuseum Uja
We will pass through Nerežišća - located on the crossroads of the island's main roads and Škrip – the oldest settlement in Brač, where we will visit the Museum of Oil. The museum presents the traditional process of olive oil making on the island of Brač. The Museum of Oil exhibits olive mill, olive press, spindle for tightening press screw, bags, fireplace for heating water and all traditional tools for transport, production and storage of olive oil. Along with a lesson about the most important product of Brač, you will be able to taste the finest olive oils, local sweet jams and enjoy a welcome aperitif.
30 minutesSplitska - Roman Quarries
After the stop in Škrip we will move forward to Splitska – an ancient village that was also a port the famous Brač stone was exported from; Postira – to discover its’ beautiful beaches and the final stop, Dol.
Kastil Gospodnetic Dol
The tour ends in Dol, and its’ famous traditional Kaštil Gospodnetić tavern for a light dinner, where you will be able to enjoy a variety of local food and beverage such as wine and juice, tuna and olive spread, local cheese and prosciutto, vegetable pie and a traditional cake.
