We drive along Tamaki Dr to historic Bastion Point, a place full of historical importance to both Maori and Europeans. Just around the corner we explore the Orakei Maori Marae for insights into the local Maori culture. From here you can also enjoy beautiful views of our youngest volcano ‚Rangitoto Island‘ and the Hauraki Gulf where the America’s Cup is held.
